South Boston Speedway Set To Open 2016 Season – Tune in via Twitter
The day has finally arrived for racing to start back up in the state of Virginia. South Boston Speedway opens its gates to drivers and fans a like to get their 2016 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series campaign underway. A full day of racing is schedule – you read that right – a full day of racing! Just like in the past the first couple races hosted at the famous Virginia speedway are held in the afternoon. 345 laps are on the books today between 6 races and 5 divisions. Perfect time to pack the car up and head out west to catch some racing. Word around town and them inter webs is to expect anywhere between 25-30 Late Model Stocks as this is just the third event for them so far this season. Perfect opportunity for guys and girls from all over to come out and shake down the new ride. A full schedule of today’s events can be found bellow.
