#TriviaTuesday: Two Pairs of Tickets Up For Grabs To South Boston’s March 12th Opener

Good afternoon race fans! Got a pretty special deal for you today. I have a couple pairs of tickets that I am looking to give away to TWO lucky winners for South Boston Speedway’s March 12th opener. What a night of racing that will be, 300+ laps over five divisions; Twin 100 lap Late Model features, 50 laps for the modifieds, 50 laps for the Limited Sportsman, 30 lap Pure Stock feature and a 15 lap Hornet race. Want to be there for FREE? Just follow these simple rules and answer the questions correctly!

How to Qualify to win:

1) Need to be following The Weekly Racer here on Facebook.

2) Make sure you LIKE SoBo’s Facebook. (Direct link to their Facebook can be found her –> South Boston Speedway Facebook)

3) Answer this question correctly.
Only one submission per account, everyone with the correct answer by 10 PM on Friday the 4th will go into a hat and two winners will be selected at random.

 

The Question:

The NASCAR Winston Cup Series at a point in time had South Boston on their schedule. When was the last time the Cup series raced at South Boston (Please include the name of the race and the year)? Who was the winner of that race? Leave your answers in the comment section bellow.
