The Weekly Racer Excited to Announce Full-Time Editor

imageAs promised I want to take this moment to officially announce, and welcome, the newest member to The Weekly Racer. In a post made last week I told everyone that I was working on landing an editor for the site and boy did I find one. Someone who gets my passion for the sport as well as enjoying it their self! This is someone who will spend this year working at a Whelen All-American racetrack as well. This is someone who has helped me start, continue and finish many projects over the years. Please help me in welcoming and thanking my beautiful wife Casey for signing on to help me out!

She will help me out through this process of making sure my thoughts stay on track, help me brainstorm some ideas, and in some cases help me cover some stories. She is someone who I can ask and be honest with me when something sounds stupid. So I realized when I started to get really serious with this website I would run ideas by her any ways; ”sweetie does this look good, can you understand what I am trying to say, do you think this sounds good, does this sound stupid. So I ran the idea by her, she thought it would be pretty cool, plus she saw how happy it made me. So here we are,  welcoming our first editor to the blog!

My beautiful wife will make the first of a couple of staff increases to The Weekly Racer this upcoming season. So I thought it would only be fair to welcome her much like I have with all of my other guest to the site with a short interview. Make sure to check back as more additions are to likely be added in the coming week! As well as the addition to the staff page.
